A few weeks ago we introduced you to a new personality profiling tool that is quickly gaining plaudits across the globe: Lumina Spark. And given the demand for learning about the product and how to use it, we’re pleased to be launching our first ever training workshop on it, targeted at professionals who are interested in improving their performance at work.
The tool is designed to aid personal development of individuals or teams at any level within an organisation, helping them to embrace their own diametrically opposed personality traits, enabling them to significantly improve their personal effectiveness and enhance performance, when it comes to both work and study.
It can also help anyone who has to deliver difficult messages to individuals and larger groups in a style that ensures the message is heard and understood, and assist individuals in motivating and engaging with team members to achieve more and build high performing teams.
Our Lumina Spark training course
The starting point of a Lumina Spark professional development workshop is a straightforward online questionnaire which enables participants to receive a highly personalised Lumina Spark Portrait. With questions that really get to grips with the sometimes contrasting personality traits we all have, the resultant output accurately describes who you are, and provides a practical method for reading others and quickly building rapport with them.
Following on from this initial assessment, the course we’ve developed will help delegates achieve the following primary objectives:
- To raise your self-awareness of who you are and how you interact with others
- To deepen your relationships with your colleagues
- To learn practical techniques for speed-reading others in order to build rapport
- To leave with pragmatic personal development goals
- To have an enjoyable, fun and stimulating experience
