Hi fellows,
So first day at Reed business school has been a delight! All of you reading will understand the immeasurable pleasure of being able to pretty much role out of bed and into a revision class with such little time and effort – though not many of you will have experienced it.. Well that’s what you’ll do at RBS. With most of the accommodation houses being within a 5 minute walk to the main learning rooms, there’s minimal effort required to be on time, and you can even fit in a leisurely breakfast over the papers before the 9am start.
The first revision day itself has been a huge help in refocusing my exam technique approach. Having sat the exam for the first time a year ago, of course my exam practice discipline was not what it should be (not matter how hard I tried on my own at home). But after a couple of timed questions marked by the tutor and handed back after breaks, I quickly found it all coming back and now I’m geared up for the 3 days ahead.
The day finished a little after 4:30 and we were given work to keep us busy for the evening, no changes there then! It was really nice to have dinner together with the other students and share exam horror stories (and successes) and share study tips etc.
Back at it tomorrow so signing off for now.
