Qualifications

The ICAEW is the professional body for chartered accountants, and offers the ACA (Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants) qualification.   Along with a training contract, this offers a route to becoming a chartered accountant.

Reed Business School offers full link tuition as well as Professional & Advanced Retake courses for the ACA qualification.

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification is open to those with no previous experience - you can find full entry requirements here.

Reed Business School is an approved learning partner, whose tuition and revision courses have been awarded Platinum Approval under ACCA's new Approved Learning Partner scheme.

We offer TWO CIMA qualifications:

1. Introductory: CIMA offer an introductory route to management accountant through the Certificate in Business Accounting, aimed at school or college leavers or those with no previous experience of accountancy.

2. Professional: for those already in the workplace, or graduates, who have completed the Certificate in Business Accounting, we offer tuition for the CIMA Professional Qualification

The CII offers qualifications aimed at training individuals in compliance with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulatory examination requirements.

Reed Business School offers residential and non-residential revision courses designed for Financial and Mortgage Advisers:

1. Basic: Certificate in Financial Planning - this is the basic qualification to be recognised as a Financial Adviser, or (depending on the modules chosen) Mortgage Adviser under FSA rules.

2. Intermediate: Diploma in Financial Planning offers financial advisers qualified in the Certificate in Financial Planning an opportunity to extend their skills and knowledge beyond the basic regulatory requirement.

3. Advanced: Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning enables professional advisers to develop their specialist planning capabilities, providing clear differentiation from the main body of advisers.
